1.How to buy

Step 1. First choose a product. Go to its chart to see a bigger picture of it either by cliking the thumbnail or button “View”.

Step 2. Add the product to the Shopping Cart using the button "Add to Basket".

Step 3. After choosing the product, view the Shopping Cart using button "Show Basket”.

Step 4. In the Shopping Cart check the chosen products and their quantities. Clicking on the thumbnails enables you to look at them again. Clicking on the product number takes you back to the Shopping Cart.

Step 5. Choose your preferred method of payment from the drop down menu – Internet Banking or invoice.

Step 6. Fill in the contact information fields marked with an asterisk (*) and click on button “Buy”. The payer can be either a private person or a company, choose the appropriate option. If the payer and the consignee are different persons a corresponding note should be made on the order form.

Step 7. On the opening page you are informed whether the ordering process was successful. Congratulations, your order has been transmitted to the RetroPrint.NET Order Centre.

2.Price

All product prices brought on the web page include packaging, VAT and transportation within Estonia.

All goods are delivered to Clients, with whom there is no corresponding contract, according to prepayment.

Within Estonia we deliver the products using express mail (ELS Kuller) or parcel-post packages.

Stock goods are delivered to the Client within 4 working days starting from the day the order was made and the total sales tax has been transferred to our account.

In case of goods that are not in stock the delivery time is 7-14 days depending on product. If the delivery time is longer you will be contacted or informed by e-mail.

We guarantee the on-time delivery of all products and their high quality. All printed products have been printed with high-quality pigment colours using modern printing technology.

We never reveal any part of your credit card number when confirming an order. Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing.

Please submit all reclamations about the products in written form. All reclamations concerning product quality must be submitted during 14 days since the delivery of the product.

Infringement of executing delivery according to agreed conditions by the Seller is excusable if the infringement was caused by force majeure. Force majeure is an event or effect that the Seller could not have neither anticipated nor controlled and it would not be reasonable to expect him to do consider the event or effect, avoid it or surpass the event or effect, while compiling the sales agreement. Cases of force majeure are e.g. strike, work stoppage, fire, or any other similar hindrance.
